2025 Harvest Season Update

This year's harvest across the Gayo Highlands and Lake Toba region has delivered exceptional cup quality. Consistent rainfall during flowering, followed by a dry harvest window, has produced beans with bright acidity and clean profiles.

Our graders report screen sizes at the top of the range and moisture levels well within export specification. We expect strong availability for Grade 1 and specialty lots through the remainder of the year.
